4.1 Booking Requests

All booking requests are subject to availability and confirmation. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee acceptance. We will confirm bookings via email within 48 hours.

4.2 Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required to secure the booking
• Full payment is due before or on the event date
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe

4.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by service type:

• More than 30 days notice: Full refund minus deposit
• 14-30 days notice: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days notice: No refund

Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Product Sales

5.1 Digital Products

Digital products (music, samples, presets) are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are only provided if the product is defective or not as described.

5.2 Physical Products

Physical products (merchandise, vinyl) are shipped according to the delivery terms specified at checkout. Returns are accepted within 14 days if the product is unused and in original condition.
