How to Request Data Deletion

- Reason for deletion (optional)
Method 2: Account Portal
If you have an account on our Site:
- Log in to your account at www.danicw.co.uk/portal
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Click "Delete My Account"
- Confirm your request
Verification Process
To protect your privacy, we must verify your identity before processing deletion requests. We may ask you to:
- Confirm your email address by clicking a verification link
- Provide additional identifying information
- Answer security questions related to your account
Processing Timeline
- Acknowledgement: Within 48 hours of receiving your request
- Verification: 1-3 business days to verify your identity
- Deletion: Within 30 days of verification (as required by UK GDPR)
- Confirmation: Email confirmation once deletion is complete
What Happens After Deletion?
Once your data is deleted:
- Your account will be permanently closed
- You will be unsubscribed from all communications
- You will no longer be able to access client portals
- Your data will be removed from our active systems
- Backup copies will be deleted within 90 days
Note: This action is irreversible. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use our services again.

If you've interacted with our Site through third-party services (Facebook, Instagram, Spotify), you may need to separately request data deletion from those platforms:
